| Thanks guys for the hands on lesson on changing a tire. No one else would get on board with the "that is what the sag wagons are for" plan! Happy to report I didn't need the newly gained knowledge this weekend. |

| We are still trying to figure out how they can use marathon and fresh together - nothing about running a marathon makes you smell good or 'fresh' |

| The race really didn't go anything like it should have for me, but you pick up and learn the lessons you were meant to learn that day. And then you go to dinner with some of the funnest people out there who think they are really funny when they let the waitress know it was my birthday. (which it really wasn't) |

| No rest for the weary at this house - The kids have their tri this weekend so off to the pool for a little more swim practice. |

| Field trip day with my favorite 4th grader. A day of outdoor learning and of course the temps drop almost 40 degrees just in time! |
