21 Red balloons sent heavenward with wishes and dreams for Uncle Micheal's 21st birthday.  Oh how we miss that kid!

Boys were camping so centered out to let the girl try sushi.  The verdict = she is not a fan  :(

Monday = Mooyah night at this house after a late night of gymnastics

We really should re-name him chunky!!!!  17 weeks and 29.8 pounds!!!!

Thanks guys for the hands on lesson on changing a tire.  No one else would get on board with the  "that is what the sag wagons are for" plan!  Happy to report I didn't need the newly gained knowledge this weekend.

Racked and ready

We are still trying to figure out how they can use marathon and fresh together - nothing about running a marathon makes you smell good or 'fresh'

I guess Austin school kids are really fast.... I mean why else would the SCHOOL ZONE speed limit be 50 MPH!!!!!

The race really didn't go anything like it should have for me, but you pick up and learn the lessons you were meant to learn that day.  And then you go to dinner with some of the funnest people out there who think they are really funny when they let the waitress know it was my birthday. (which it really wasn't)  

No rest for the weary at this house - The kids have their tri this weekend so off to the pool for a little more swim practice.

Field trip day with my favorite 4th grader.  A day of outdoor learning and of course the
temps drop almost 40 degrees just in time!

Took about 3 minutes (maybe) on the buss for her to be out cold on the way home.
She might be just a little exhausted!

Small small picture week... been a little busy getting things done  :)

Had a week filled with this.... RIBBON.... I know you are shocked by this!

Kind of a cruel joke.... Got this in the mail and my IronMan participant email  IN THE SAME DAY!!!!  Good grief this is actually happening!

Look close near the top.... even IronMan has a bit of a sense of humor..."No form of locomotion other than running, walking or crawling..."

As of yesterday!  So yea it now says 9, 23, 41, 72, and 79.....

So hang on folks- this next week promises to be a week filled with Halloween preparations, First Band concerts and hopefully not a lot of freaking out about the 70.3 miles coming up next Sunday!
